Demon Fallout The Return A Michael Talbot Adventure edition by Mark Tufo Literature Fiction eBooks

I've been reading these since the beginning and I've typically enjoyed them. I even buy the audible version with the ebook. I think this ship has run it's course though. How many Michael Talbot books are there now? 20?

This book was more filler than story. I believe over half of it was him having some memory describing something awful to serve as a barometer to the current event. Like, 4 pages of comparative memory to 2 paragraphs of the actual event.

The thing that had me rolling my mental eyes (SPOILER ALERT FROM HERE ON). was Tommy. Just out of nowhere the character does a 180 and you find out he's been manipulating Michael and his family all along for what reason? That he's actually some super evil vampire who has detested the Talbots since they were born? He's been a foundation of saving Michael in a dozen other books only to suddenly be evil all along and set up all those sacrafices and times he's saved Michael only to betray him now? Huh? To save Eliza from hell.. yet he helped Michael defeat her and put her there? Really?

Fonzy has jumped the shark here folks. I know all of this stuff is tongue in cheek.. and for the most part I've been a fan. But this story is just cash grab silliness at even higher level.

All things said though I did finish the book. It was ok in parts (which is why I gave it 3 stars).. but this has definitely become season 11 of Happy Days.

Demon Fallout The Return A Michael Talbot Adventure edition by Mark Tufo Literature Fiction eBooks Reviews

As usual, Mark Tufo has drawn us into the wild ride known as Michael Talbot. The new characters introduced in Demon Fallout are just as interesting, complex, and some hilarious, as characters from his previous books. He has quickly become one of my favorite authors. I usually buy the Audible version, and Sean Runnette is an excellent narrator that brings a special addition to Tufo's writing. I'm addicted to this author's books, and I can't wait to see what the future holds for Michael and Eliza's adventures.
The Michael Talbot universe continues to unfold, and as always, his talented narrator, Mark Tufo, continues to nail it. Always irreverent, the Talbot we know and love, continues his journey, and as usual, throws in the right amount of wit and snark to thoroughly entertain. I mean, what other author can come up with almost 2 full pages of terms related to poop that can make me both gag, and laugh out loud at the same time? Side note, I may no longer succumb to cravings for chocolate, but definitely a fair trade for the entertainment,
Wow. This book was such a great read.

There are parts where I got angry, very angry. Parts had me laughing so loud that I was asked by my nephew, "why are u laughing?"

There are twists I never even considered about characters that I loved. There are new and inventive characters that are introduced to Talbot that made me see that he is a magnet for weirdness.

I so can't wait for the next book. Great job Mr Tufo.
I'm an avid Mark Tufo reader! I have loved everything I have read by him with Zombie Fallout being my favorite...I was a bit surprised that there where pages of random recollection s that did not push the story forward or give insight into anything happening. Now without spoiling anything I was upset about a certain Character's actions...it doesn't fit at all and honestly makes zero sense to me. It's my hope that it's addressed and I pray that it gets sorted out. Anyone who has read ZF or LF I think will agree that it made no sense. Maybe that was what Mark wanted. Now that being said it's a good book but I would highly recommend you read all the Zombie Fallout books followed by Lycan Fallout so that things make sense. Mark I love you and Michael Talbot and I can't wait for the next one! Mark always asks for honest reviews so I hope this helps!
I loved the Zombie Fallout series - best characters ever in an apocalyptic series so far, for me; I liked the lycan series, although it wasn’t quite the same; but this really disappointed me, to the point I’m not sure I’d take a chance on a new Tufo book - because a main character was completely ruined, thereby basically stabbing any reader invested in this series and its characters, in my opinion. I understand the need for plot twists, and Tufo’s previous books have had them, but this was just...wrong.
Bottom line at the top Another fantastic book in the Mike Talbot universe, get it, now!

I just sent the author Mark Tufo, a message on Facebook telling him I and reading the entire series, it's that good.. Demon fallout is no different. Mr Tufo writes characters you care about, believe in, worry about! Can Azile help Talbot, what happened to Tommy, can he get himself out of the current situation. Mike is somewhere he has no place being and little understanding of the rules for staying "alive". He makes and loses friends along the, again characters you begin to care about, Mike is a stone cold Marine, but he has a conscience and a heart and he wants to make things for the people he cares about better.

Mr. Tufo has written a set of character who understand sacrifice, service to others, and love of family. And damn if some of this stuff isn't just plain funny as hell, literally in this case.

I read a lot of book of many different genres, this series is one of the best and one I can come back to when I want to catch up with a friend (Talbot).
I am hard core fan of mr tufo having read most of his works. Lycan fallout is on my favorites series of Michael Talbot adventure i would rank it higher than Indian hill and zf. I was really psyched and looking forward to this book and honestly the book itself brings what I expect. It what u don't expect that brings my rating down. Without spoiling to much I feel that one character is not really himself in the book its like tufo took a page out of marvel and dc and reconned it.....sad to say not in a good way. It might be this gets resolved in a future book..but I feel it just didn't fit .. the books itself also does not give an ending at all which is good for those whom want to continue the story and it's kinda the way Mark writes but this time....I dunno delt something was a miss
