Jessica Gadziala has done it again. I love her characters, and I think maybe Cash is my new book boyfriend. Loved Cash and Lo as a couple. I love the way there are subtle and some not so subtle ties to her other books. Jessica has become one of my favorite writers, can't wait for the next one.
If you liked the first book in this series Reign you will love Cash! I absolutely loved the story between Cash and Lo. Like the first book there is hot romance and a thrilling story, it touched upon issues that women may have experienced but what is so awesome was showing how this fierce, beautiful and strong woman overcame what she went through. One of my favorite parts of the first book Reign was learning who "Lo" really was, honestly I laughed out loud and said to myself that is freaking awesome, it's one of my favorite parts that I have gone back many times and re-read it. So overall Lo and Cash are amazing and so is their story.
I admit I wasn't looking forward to reading this book when I realized who the heroine was. I thought she was a bit over the top but because I loved the first book so much I went ahead with it and I am sooooo glad I did.

Cash is a sweetheart so I though he needed a delicate and soft woman. What he got instead was someone who was tough as nails on the outside but she has a soft, gooey romantic middle. They could not be more perfect for each other and now I LOVE THE HEROINE.

Here's to another entertaining read by Jessica. Now on to book 3, which I have been dying to get to.
I fell in love with Cash in Reign's book and couldn't wait to get his story. We met Lo before too and I knew with both of them being such strong, independent personalities that their relationship and story would be good. I was not disappointed.

Lo is the leader of Hailstorm. She's a bada$$ beautiful woman who has succeeded at a job most men would fail. Lo had secrets and her worst one has come back to haunt her. She goes to Reign to call up her marker, but its Cash who comes outside and surprising her, he steps up.

Cash is the Vice President of the Henchmen MC. He's also Reign's little brother and one of the best guys around. He has a great personality and a reputation for loving women. All except Lo. So when she needs his help, Cash is shocked by how badly he wants to actually help her.

Cash was such a sweetheart. Here you have this tough sexy biker with tattoos and a dirty mouth that can be a gentle and caring person one moment, and a fierce protector the next. Lo was the same way. She's tough as nails and normally doesn't let anyone see her down. Except Lo is forced to let Cash care for her and it results in them growing closer and opening up to each other in ways neither anticipated.

We get little tidbits of Wolf and Janie and know they've got something going on. I'm fixing to start on their story next and see what happens.

Great book. Good characters. Liked the ending and looking forward to more. (
I've said it in previous reviews of this author but I love her writing style. How she crosses characters over from other series. If you've read Reign and Monster you know what happens at the beginning of this book. What I didnt connect from the blurb from this book is Willow is actually Lo the leader of the survivalist group Hailstorm.

Having met her in the previous two books we knew she was one tough cookie and took no crap from any man.. Well we find out what made her that way in this book when her past comes back with a vengeance.

Cash is the brother of Reign and second in command of the MC The Henchmen. He always full of sarcastic humor and a man ho when it comes to the ladies. He's never liked Lo very much and has never understood his body's physical reaction to her when she is near.

When Lo's past comes back and leaves her bloodied and bruised she calls in a marker from The Henchmen for protection – as Cash was the one at the MC when she showed up he decided he was the one that would provide that.

I believe there is a trigger warning post with this book and that is warranted. Any women who have issues with graphic descriptions of spousal abuse be warned.

For me every couples story I've read from this author I've fallen in love with. Cash and Lo may have on the surface had nothing in common but you can see (and believe) that they are perfect for each other.

We also get a bigger glimpse into Janie in this one and I so cannot wait for her and Wolf's story.
